Shipping Policy

Because we are based in American Samoa with only one flight a week leaving every Saturday, estimated arrival times may range from 7 - 14 business days.

All orders will be sent out on Wednesdays. All orders placed from Thursday of the prior week til 7:00 am Wednesday SST will be sent out that day. Any orders after 7:00AM Wednesday will be sent out the following week.

All orders will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you through the email provided at the time of purchase.

Once USPS is in possession of your order, we are no longer liable for any damages or loss during transit.

Priority Mail® Insurance of $50 or $100 is provided automatically by USPS.

At this time, we do not offer Express shipping as we do not feel the service will be any different out of American Samoa but would be much more costly for you.

In addition, international shipping is not available at this time and we are only able to ship to the US and it's territories.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, a return may be initiated through the Contact page. All returns must be made within 45 days from the date goods were received and items returned must be in the condition they were received. We will send you a packing slip via email that will be used to send the items back.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The items were received within the last 45 days
The items are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The items were clearly worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

If the return is approved, you will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment you used to place the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale will not be refunded. However, we may offer store credit.
